How to Contact Eclipse Support
During Daily Support Hours (M-F: 6AM – 6PM PT):
If the Support line is busy your call will automatically be directed to Voicemail. Please leave a message and your call will be returned as soon as possible.
During On-Call Support Hours (M-F: 6PM – 6AM PT, Sat-Sun, Holidays: 24Hr.):
There will be 3 options for calls to the Support number during On-Call hours:
- Leave a voicemail for issues (Non-Critical, Non-Urgent issues)
- Dial #1 to be connected to On-Call Support (This should be for Critical or Urgent issues only – see examples below).
- Dial #2 to escalate a call that you have not received a response from within 15 minutes after having dialed #1. As in dialing #1, this should be used for Critical/Urgent issues (see examples below).
Please note that the below Urgent is just one example of a P2.
- Critical (P1 – Priority 1) – Customer System Down
- Urgent (P2 – Priority 2) – Billing Week, Invoices not processing
